T. Mobile Customer Care 611 Calls
I call to Report my 15 Year Old Sons Phone " With Insurance " I was Told Don't Worry we will send you a Email. 5 Day's go by No Email. I call again 611 and explain about the previous Call, Don't Worry I can Help All the Lady was the Holliday Weekend and taking longer for the Shipping, Then I think I am Giving my Card Info for Shipping. No one said anything about $ 49.00 AGI TMO Service Fee. I thought I was Talking to T Mobile and This was Covered by the Insurance that I pay 14 dollars Monthly.
Slow Learner, 14 Dollars a Month X 6 . I was not even told about $ 49.99 Charge, I was led along about a Shipping and Handling Charge. I have several in my closet that surely have been activated.
Most insurance claims have a deductabls that has to be paid first. It is usually easier to message T-Mobile via a DM on either Facebook or Twitter.
So I guess we are better off not Paying Every Month if this is the Case, Thanks.
I never understood the purpose of phone insurance.
