• Section 232 Investigations

  The Secretary of Commerce initiated investigations under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 to determine the effects on the national security of imports of the following: 

  • Copper
  • Timber and Lumber
  • Semiconductors
  • Pharmaceuticals  
  • Trucks
  • Critical Minerals
  • Commercial Aircraft

   

  Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, data, analyses, or information pertinent to the Commercial Aircraft Investigation by June 3, 2025. Materials should be submitted via https://www.regulations.gov.

• Decommissioning of Legacy SNAP-R on June 30, 2025
