Media Registration
Media representatives assigned to cover the event are invited to attend the exposition, theater sessions, tracks, panel sessions and keynote addresses at no charge.
Preregistration is now closed. All those requesting media credentials must register on-site during registraton hours at the Hawai`i Convention Center.
Only publication/broadcast journalists and assigned freelancers are allowed to attend as media. Freelance journalists must provide proof of the specific publication from which they have been contracted for the event coverage assignment. Only established bloggers are allowed to attend as media. Freelance journalists and photographers must provide proof of the specific publication from which they have been contracted for the event coverage assignment.
When you request credentialing on-site you may be asked to provide some of the following:
Speakers/panelists use the time subsequent to their presentations to answer questions from event attendees. Media are asked to be respectful of their limited time and allow audience questions to be answered prior to asking questions for their coverage. Interviews may be arranged prior to or after a sessions at the discretion of the speakers, panelists or their staff.
Soliciting or accepting orders for any product or service, including advertising space, in the exhibit hall or any other part of the conference area is prohibited. Distribution of your organization's publications or other promotional material also is prohibited except directly at the organization’s exhibit booth, if applicable.

AFCEA asks that media identify the event and AFCEA International and AFCEA Hawaii as the sponsors in their reporting. Press credentialing is subject to AFCEA discretion and all credentialing decisions are FINAL.
