This month, we celebrated the production of 1 billion kWh of clean electricity at our 230MW #Garadagh solar PV plant in #Azerbaijan. Our COO, Abdulaziz Alobaidli, led a #Masdar delegation to mark the occasion at the project site alongside our partners in the country. Over two years, the project has saved 220 million cubic meters of natural gas and avoided 400,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, while powering 110,000 homes annually. #PioneeringEnergy

As part of #Masdar's participation in the Forbes Middle East Sustainability Leaders Summit this week, Dr Ibraheem Almansouri, our Director of Engineering, joined a panel, “The Clean Power Pivot: Advancing Renewables for Long-Term Energy Security,” where he highlighted how #RenewableEnergy is reshaping global energy systems. Zainab Al Ali, Masdar's Director of Outreach and Stakeholder Relations, also participated in the "The Green Enterprise Era: Youth at the Helm of Innovation and Impact” panel, discussing how youth-led innovation can drive both environmental impact and business success. Masdar was also proud to be recognized during the event, with our CEO, Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi, receiving the Middle East's Sustainability Leaders 2025 Award, and Masdar collecting the Most Sustainable Projects in the Middle East Award 2025, reaffirming our leadership in advancing the global #CleanEnergy transformation. #PioneeringEnergy
