While Dubai is buzzing with the frenzy of #Token2049 and there are almost 600 side events listed this week, we successfully wrapped up the special TOKEN2049 edition of THE CRYPTO HUB monthly Demo Day Investors & Founders Meetup back at Bybit Crypto Ark in Dubai. The event showed an overwhelming interest with a total of 1000+ registrations, including 130+ investor & 100+ project applications and presented a challenge to ensure we accommodate as many attendees as was possible within our limited venue capacity. The second half of 2024 took me around to a few global destinations covering some of the top Crypto & Web3 events representing THE CRYPTO HUB as its founder and host of our Youtube channel. One of the events that stood out for me was ETHSafari in Kenya - an amazing six day event combining a hackathon, a Block-train ride across the country and spending 4 days in a beautiful forest location in Kilifi - with founders, investors and ecosystem leaders focussing on building and finding the unicorns of Crypto & Blockchain in Africa. I had the opportunity to meet and mentor some promising projects and founders and forge new friendships with some amazing people.
