RBI’s “FREE-AI” Framework – Why It Was Created & Its 7 Sutras Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the transformative technology of our age. From simple rule-based models, AI has evolved into complex systems that operate with limited human intervention. It is reshaping how we work, how businesses run, and how customers are served. But here’s the issue I flagged back in 2021: We’re training people with mixed messages. “Never share your OTP.” But couriers routinely ask for OTPs at the doorstep. The fix is simple: differentiate OTP formats.
