AtClose offers a web-based transactional portal for customers, borrowers, and vendors, producing faster order requests, quicker turn times and a more convenient access to data. All updates are provided in ‘real-time’ which allows you to take the guesswork out of each transaction. Upgrade the existing AtClose application to JBoss 7.1.3 and Richfaces 4.2.

    This system is one of the strategic initiatives for Valuations division to improve the profitability of the organization by building the capabilities for ‘vendor management’ process. Under this division the team had gone away from exception management and their daily tasks involve a high degree of manual tracking and intervention to provide the level of service that is needed to support customers. This initiative is designed to improve the overall productivity of tracking activities and to achieve improved services levels by adding system controls and monitoring. It is robust application that provides separate managerial tools in form of a dashboard and work distribution module where managers can look at the work load for each day and in real time they can distribute work amongst their teams based on task preferences.

    I participated and monitored the development progress of the components and their integration with the solution. Design and developed the BPM process which is the key component of the project.
