    Zaha Hadid`s design - Al Wakrah Stadium will have a tournament capacity of 45,000 during the 2022 FIFA World Cup. KEO team is responsible for the overall management, strategy and implementation of the project. More broadly, our remit includes the successful management of design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of the precinct, associated facilities and the surrounding areas for both the tournament and legacy stages

    The new headquarter of the Emirates Investment Authority. The Client’s occupation of the building is anticipated by October 2016. The brief called for developing the plots to establish new ‘Grade A office facilities’ with supporting ancillary uses. The design compromises of two triangular towers connected by the amenity podium. The development compromises of 2 basements, G +22 typical floors.

    The 100 meter height tower site for this project is located on Reem Island,Abu dhabi, UAE. The building consists of a residential development with limited ground level retail. Comprises of a site area of 5,223 sq.m and total GFA of 40,000 square; 421 parking spaces, 23 story residential tower + 3 floors as the amenities. A total of 229 apartment units are provided within the building.
