Such a warm welcome, two cheery guys on reception were helpful and efficient Our room on the third floor was to the standard we expect from Ibis. Clean, enough room for a few nights stay and it had an opening window The room was serviced each day, a feature some hotels now limit. Breakfast was included for us but well worth the £15 if you pay separately. It was, however next door in the Novatel, out of the back door of Ibis and 100yards along, ok in the fine weather but not so good if it is raining. Excellent breakfast buffet was provided, well stocked and full of variety. An efficient set up . It was good to see the lack of pre packaged food on offer, no foil wrapped butter (pats cut and on platter, or plastic tubs of marmalade, dispensers for all preserves.

Room satisfactory, very comfortable bed. Lovely hot shower. Breakfast was very mediocre. Continental selection was very good. However, I opted for a hot breakfast from the hot buffet (squally showers outside !). The scrambled egg was dry, hash browns were soggy and the sausages were not browned, looked very anaemic. The bacon was well cooked and spot on for me. Our stay was comfortable and conveniently placed for the AO Arena.

I’ve visited Ibis Manchester Centre hotel numerous times over the years and I have a great experience each and every time I visit. The team are super friendly and attentive, the hotel is centrally and conveniently located, the bar and lobby area is spacious and atmospheric, and their rooms are a noticeable upgrade from the standard rooms in other Ibis hotels. I definitely recommend choosing to stay at this hotel if you’re visiting Manchester and wish to stay in a centrally located quality hotel at a fair price!

First time staying & enjoyed, was on 5th floor and very quiet. Room was clean & comfy bed , toiletries provided in bathroom which I didn’t expect. Nice breakfast buffet in morning. Great location and would stay again. All staff I dealt with very friendly and accommodating

Honestly wouldn’t even consider looking for another hotel in Manchester. Price was great, everything was spotless clean, location was amazing (didn’t have to get one bus or uber during a 3 day stay, everything easy and fast by foot) and staff was lovely. Absolute value for money
