Rooms too far from the lobby. Staff lot properly trained. Phone unanswered when calling the hotel, with an irritating system pressing 1, 2, 3 etc. It could be do much better.

The hotel is beautiful and the food in the restaurants is delicious. However, for the price you pay, you expect peace and quiet. We haven't had a single peaceful meal here yet, due to the large groups staying at the hotel. Not in the breakfast room or at the restaurants. You simply walk out because large groups of English people are challenging each other, thinking they're in a cantus. The staff does what they can, but it's impossible to control it.

The hotel itself is very nice — modern, stylish, and clearly aiming for a high-end experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities looked great. Unfortunately, my stay was completely spoiled by large, noisy groups of English guests who seemed to be partying during dinner . The noise was loud , and despite the hotel’s upscale image, it felt more like staying in a student dorm. It’s a shame, because the hotel really is lovely, but if you’re hoping for a peaceful or relaxing stay, I’d think twice unless they manage to handle noisy groups better in the future.

Great location up in the hills with a sunrise to die for. From the moment you arrive all the staff are determined that you are looked after. The two restaurants we visited (Marxa and Ixo tapas) are amazing. And one specific mention to Mercedes at breakfast. Thank you.
