QACI-172 Utilise mvn deploy

Description

My understanding is the following modules should be deployed. They currently do not. This change is to deploy these, and only these with maven deploy:

  • fish/payara/api/payara-api
  • fish/payara/api/payara-bom
  • fish/payara/distributions/payara-ml/
  • fish/payara/distributions/payara-web-ml
  • fish/payara/distributions/payara-web
  • fish/payara/distributions/payara
  • fish/payara/extras/ejb-http-client
  • fish/payara/extras/payara-embedded-all
  • fish/payara/extras/payara-embedded-web
  • fish/payara/extras/payara-micro
  • fish/payara/extras/payara-source

Important Info

Credentials and permissions to deploy to nexus are required, as is specifying the deployment repo. That is part of A change to internal CI pipeline

Testing Performed

ran mvn clean deploy locally, and via Internal Jenkins specifying -DaltDeploymentRepository

Ubuntu, Mvn 3.6, Also Internal Jenkins
