Will the eCopter be controlled by AI? At FlyNow, we aim to create an aircraft for a mass public which is efficient and safe. That’s why we rely on proven autopilot technology, already trusted in commercial aviation for decades. Our eCopter is automated, not autonomous. It won’t make decisions on its own, but will follow predefined flight routes developed by our partner Skyroads. These routes will be approved with local authorities before takeoff to ensure full regulatory compliance and safety. FlyNow Arabia secures investments! We're excited to announce that FlyNow Arabia Ltd. has secured investments from Den VC, alongside Al-Mohaidab, Reslan, and Mehchi family offices from Saudi Arabia and across the MENA region. This support will enable us to accelerate the localization of our operations in the Kingdom. Over the coming year, we will establish a regulatory sandbox for testing and begin building local manufacturing infrastructure for the #eCopter, our next-generation modular eVTOL designed for both air taxi and cargo logistics applications. “This is a major milestone for us that marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter,” said Yvonne Winter, CEO of FlyNow Arabia Ltd. Alongside logistics and personal transportation, the FlyNow eCopter is being developed for another crucial use case: firefighting. In wildfire response, speed saves lives and ecosystems. The sooner a fire is detected, the easier it is to stop its spread. By integrating real-time data from our partners, FlyNow’s firefighting eCopters will be able to deploy within minutes of detection — delivering support exactly when and where it's needed. Equipped with a 150-liter tank and precision spray nozzle, this version is designed for rapid intervention, particularly in remote or hard-to-reach areas.
