ESB Business School brings the Leadership Talent Academy to Reutlingen
🎓 Starting in the winter semester of 2025, the ESB Business School at Reutlingen University will host the Leadership Talent Academy (LTA) of the Karl Schlecht Stiftung (KSG). This scholarship programme aims to develop young people into responsible leaders who embody not only professional expertise but also ethical and humanistic values.
🙌 The programme specifically supports MBA students, participants in the part-time programmes at the Knowledge Foundation, as well as young alumni of the ESB Business School. Thanks to their professional experience, they can directly apply the content in practice.
✨ “With the Leadership Talent Academy, we are creating an additional offer that prepares our students for responsible leadership roles and enables them to grow beyond their academic knowledge,” emphasises Professor Markus Conrads, Dean of the ESB Business School. “We are delighted to bring this programme to Reutlingen together with the Karl Schlecht Foundation.”
🌍 The Karl Schlecht Foundation already cooperates through the LTA with the University of Tübingen, UnternehmerTUM, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), and Campus Founders in Heilbronn. While other locations, for example, emphasise a start-up or entrepreneurial focus, ESB Business School sets its sights on strengthening the region and medium-sized enterprises.
🏢 One example is the module “Leadership of Family Businesses,” which raises awareness among students about succession planning and leading small and medium-sized companies. It is complemented by the module “Leadership in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” which addresses the opportunities and challenges of new technologies in leadership processes.
For this, ESB Business School collaborates with experts from the Cyber Valley Community, Europe’s leading centre of excellence in artificial intelligence and modern robotics.
