As it is said: "We can't change the wind, but we can adjust our sails." Your heart and gut, possessing their unique 'brains', influence your decisions and behaviours, and they can overrule your Head. They operate with positive intentions; their only objective is to let us live and flourish. However, based on evolutionary responsibilities and learned lessons, they could steer you towards failure instead of success. I was inspired to create the 3 Brains Intelligence © Courses out of a desire to offer something more authentic and grounded in the midst of the current enthusiasm for all things Neuroscience Head Brain-related. It's become quite common to focus on the Brain in our head with the prefix "neuroscience" attached as the singular solution for all our issues, often with limited holistic basis in science. My aim is to steer us back to a path where the beautiful complexity of our body and 3 brains are respected and understood, not oversimplified or overstated. I believe in embracing the true wonders of our neurology with integrity and genuine insight.
