We’re here to help franchisors understand their new obligations under the upcoming changes to the Franchising Code. Our Small Business and Industry Codes team and Deputy Chair Mick Keogh were on the ground in Melbourne last week, answering questions and providing resources to franchisors across a wide range of industries. If you didn’t get the chance to visit our stall, you can check out our guidance on changes to the franchising code on our website: https://lnkd.in/dAmMaTBD
Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the National Franchising Convention in Melbourne. It was a particularly timely event, with the new suite of changes to the Franchising Code coming into effect on 1 November. It was a valuable opportunity to speak directly to franchisors, and seek feedback on how we can best help them understand their rights and responsibilities. Thank you to the Franchise Council of Australia for having us.
