Acquired by Monaco Property Group in 2024 and officially settled on 9 October 2025, the 7,238sqm parcel boasts more than 80 metres of uninterrupted ocean frontage, making this project a true rarity in today's market. QLD Project News We’re proud to have supported our valued client, Homecorp, in securing development approval for their new residential project, ‘Florence’, located on Monte Carlo Avenue, Surfers Paradise. Positioned immediately adjoining Cascade Gardens, the approval allows for a 25-storey apartment building comprising 116 dwellings across a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, along with a 4-bedroom penthouse. With the majority of apartments designed as 2-bedroom layouts, the development aims to deliver high-quality housing at a more attainable price point for the Gold Coast market, contributing to local housing supply and supporting the ongoing growth of the Light Rail Corridor.
