Last month, managers and supervisors from across our businesses came together for our annual Town Halls. These events are more than strategy updates. They are opportunities for our teams to engage directly with executive leadership, share insights, build relationships across divisions, and strengthen teamwork through workshops and team building activities. A big thank you to Janine Williams from The Epiphany Group for challenging the team with an invaluable workshop on managing change.
