𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Introducing Emma, our incredible leader who delivers exceptional customer support. When you need support, she’s got you covered. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂? No two days are ever quite the same. Most days, you’ll find me leading my team and making sure they have everything they need to create meaningful, positive experiences for customers. From small independently owned practices to large corporate clients, there’s always something new to learn. I love collaborating with teams across both HICAPS and NAB. Whether we’re helping a new business get started, supporting onboarding, or making sure our software integrates seamlessly with our terminal solution. Every interaction is a chance to make a real difference.  𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗦 My role is all about making sure every point of contact with customers is a positive one. I want customers to feel confident that HICAPS is the right solution for them and their business. Whether it’s answering a quick question or helping solve a complex challenge, I’m here to support customers every step of the way.  𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁? I’m especially excited about our recent integration with Best Practice Bp Premier. I’ve been closely involved from the very beginning, so seeing it come to life is incredibly rewarding. This collaboration is a big step forward from what we were able to offer GPs. This integration allows us to streamline healthcare claiming, EFTPOS transactions and reconciliation for GPs, improving efficiency and patient experience.  𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼? For me, it’s all about the people. I get to work with a fantastic, diverse team who are passionate about what they do. I love collaborating across different teams and coming up with new ways to support customers. But most of all, I love connecting with customers, understanding their needs and knowing that what we do at HICAPS genuinely makes a difference in their day-to-day work.

𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 This Women’s Health Week – 'Say Yes To You' You’re amazing at reminding patients about their health check-ins, you advocate fiercely for their wellbeing and never let them skip important screenings. This Women’s Health Week theme is ‘Say yes to you’ – and that includes YOU. Your health matters just as much as your patients. You deserve the same care and attention you give others every single day. So this week: - Book that overdue appointment - Have those important health conversations with the people you love - Take care of your own mental health - And say ‘YES’ to you You, your patients, friends and family all deserve to be healthy. The best healthcare providers are those who prioritise their own wellbeing too. #womenshealthweek2025 #sayyestoyou #healthcarepractitioners #selfcare

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Robbie Thorogood 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗦 I came to HICAPS and NAB with a unique background, I’ve been a healthcare professional, a healthcare business owner, and more recently completed an MBA with Deakin University. That mix gives me a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem from all angles; patient, provider and business owner. At HICAPS I work across strategy and growth. My role spans three main areas: analysing different healthcare modalities to uncover strategic opportunities, enabling our internal teams at HICAPS and NAB with the knowledge to better support healthcare clients; and designing scalable and repeatable campaigns that help NAB colleagues engage more confidently with healthcare customers. Additionally, I collaborate with teams across the bank to help drive greater value across the broader healthcare portfolio. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁? The project I’m most excited about is a collaboration with NAB’s Learning and Capability team on a new e-learning module. It’s designed to give NAB colleagues the knowledge and confidence to have more meaningful conversations with their healthcare clients. It’s practical, scalable and directly supports better outcomes for the healthcare businesses and clients that we serve. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼? I’ve been on the other side of the fence. I know how critical HICAPS is to healthcare businesses. I love what I do because I get to shape how we evolve our offering in ways that genuinely improve the lives of healthcare providers and ultimately, their patients. I'm wired to think strategically; I’m always looking at the bigger picture and how we can create meaningful system-level improvements that benefit providers and patients alike. Being able to contribute to the future of HICAPS, and to a lesser extent NAB, so that we can continue to lead and serve the healthcare industry better.....that’s something I’m incredibly passionate about.
