  • IGO is thrilled to be continuing its role as Presenting Partner of Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia (RMHC WA) Up All Night event in 2026. Up All Night is WA’s only overnight walking challenge which raises vital funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities WA.   Our CEO Ivan Vella and Chief People and Sustainability Officer Suzy Retallack joined long-time walkers, organisational partners and Ronald McDonald House families at a walker recognition event this week, coinciding with the opening of registrations for the 2026 walk.  The launch event not only recognised the incredible commitment of those who have walked Up All Night 5 or more times but also highlighted the impact their efforts have for Western Australian families with ill or injured children. IGO is delighted to continue its partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities WA, who provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. Every step taken during Up All Night plays a crucial role in keeping families together and close to the medical care their child needs.  We extend our gratitude to all the walkers, volunteers, and supporters who make this event possible. Together, we’re making a meaningful difference in the lives of WA families with sick children. We look forward to another inspiring year in 2026.  Support Team IGO https://lnkd.in/gFPSJjxj   #MakingADifference #UpAllNight2026 #UAN2026 #RMHCWA #IGOLtd #CommunitySupport #PartnersinSharedPurpose #strongertogether

This R U OK? Day a group of IGO employees stepped away from their desks and into the wild at Perth Zoo. The team helped mulch and weed gardens and exhibits, supporting both our community and their own personal wellbeing. Volunteering is a powerful way to boost mental health. Research shows that volunteering fosters a sense of purpose, strengthens social connections, and reduces stress and loneliness. "Spending time volunteering at Perth Zoo was a chance to connect with community, nature, and colleagues I don’t often get to work alongside. I left feeling physically tired but mentally refreshed and inspired. I gained new insights and a deeper appreciation for the amazing work Perth Zoo does for wildlife conservation. It was a rewarding experience and great to chat outside of the office environment while doing something good for our community,” Jo Roberts, IGO Graduate Geologist. This meaningful initiative was made possible through a collaboration between our Corporate Giving and I-GO Well programs. We are proud to offer employees two days of paid volunteer leave each year, empowering them to support causes in our community. The Perth Zoo experience is just one of three volunteering opportunities available this month, giving our people more ways to connect, contribute, and care, both for the community and their own wellbeing. Exploration is a core pillar of growth at IGO. In FY25, our exploration team strategically restructured our project portfolio, sharpening our focus on copper and lithium as key target priorities. This disciplined approach led to a rationalisation of our tenement holdings, ensuring we concentrate on projects with the highest discovery potential to deliver value. Our mission? To deliver measurable growth by adding high-value battery mineral assets to our portfolio - supporting the clean energy transition. Every step is guided by technical excellence, environmental stewardship, and deep respect for Traditional Owner groups and local communities. We’re proud to lead agile, responsible exploration to deliver discoveries for a sustainable future. On Saturday night, we were proud to support the MADALAH Ball through sponsorship, and the enthusiastic attendance of our IGO team. MADALAH - Making a Difference and Looking Ahead – reflects our belief that education drives generational change. By supporting young Indigenous students to pursue learning away from home, MADALAH empowers them to step forward with courage and determination. It’s a powerful reminder that today’s actions shape tomorrow’s world – the essence of our value, See Beyond. The MADALAH Ball was a celebration of students, the program, and the passionate individuals who make it all possible. At IGO, our corporate giving program is more than a commitment, it’s how we live our purpose of Making a Difference. We believe our people, community and the environment really matter. “Challenging market conditions and asset impairments, as a result of a disciplined portfolio review, impacted our headline results. Despite difficult decisions, our underlying business remains solid with a clear strategy for value and growth. Safety improvement has been a key achievement and sets a positive foundation for FY26.    The global lithium market was weak throughout FY25. Nevertheless, Greenbushes demonstrated it is a world class asset with an EBITDA margin of 66% and strong cash conversion. We believe market fundamentals for lithium are positive and Greenbushes is well placed to capitalise.    We have clear priorities for FY26. These include our safety improvement programme, generating cash flow to the end of mine life at Nova, and supporting activities at Greenbushes as the team optimise this amazing asset. We will also progress our growth pathway, via exploration, technology and strategic partnerships, as we write the next chapter in our story and celebrate the 25 years of IGO.”    Ivan Vella  Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer    Listen to the full year webcast: https://lnkd.in/gDmKQ_tZ #igo #fullyearresults #makingadifference #25years
