  • Epping Town Centre future gets the green light ✅ A vibrant new era for Epping is on the horizon, with City of Parramatta backing a community-driven master plan for the Town Centre. The master plan outlines a bold vision to revitalise Epping’s western precinct with lively laneways, a new town square, safer pedestrian connections and green spaces. At the heart of the plan is Epping Civic Place – transforming the Rawson Street car park into a vibrant public square, green link to Boronia Park, with options for future underground car parking and space for a new community hub. The draft plan also features: • A revitalised Rawson Street high street with wider footpaths, bike lanes and improved traffic flow • A vibrant laneway network connecting Beecroft Road to Boronia Park, with public art, outdoor dining and seating • A new pedestrian bridge over Beecroft Road linking the town centre directly to Epping station and retail • Enhanced access to Boronia Park and new opportunities for local businesses The community has played a key role in shaping the plan through its public exhibition, with majority of participants expressing support for the plan, praising its vision.
