🏁🍷 St Hugo brought the heat to the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix! From more than 2,500 guests at the St Hugo Amex Lounge Wine Bar to the first-ever Enchanté Rosé launch in the general admission area, the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix weekend was all about precision, performance and premium wines. Returning for its fifth year, the St Hugo Wine Bar hosted ‘Pit Wall’ style tastings with Chief Winemaker Peter Munro and National Wine Specialist Katherine Candy, where wine fans tuned in to a wine tasting via headsets, featuring a special appearance from Daniel Ricciardo introducing his latest St Hugo collab, the 2024 Enchanté Rosé. Each day was highlighted with a St Hugo Precision Pour, featuring 6L bottles of 2012 St Hugo Barossa Shiraz and 2021 DR3 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, poured using a custom-engineered, engine-block-inspired pourer, all set to the sound of a live saxophonist. Thousands of glasses of Daniel Ricciardo's Enchanté Rosé were poured at an exclusive bar experience in the general admission area. Ticket holders soaked up the F1 atmosphere, ‘Dialing for Dan’ in retro phone booths for the ultimate selfie moment and paying homage to his signature rose tattoo with temporary ink. An unforgettable weekend and a big thank you to our incredible teams for pulling it all together. Until next time, Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix!🍷🏎️ #PRWLife #StHugoWines #EnchantéRosé #F1 #DanielRicciardo

🍇🍾Vintage is here in Australia – and it’s shaping up to be one for the history books! In our earliest start to vintage in 30 years, we officially kicked off the 2025 harvest on Wednesday with our first intake of Chardonnay grapes from the Murray Darling region. These early-picked Chardonnay grapes are the perfect base for creating fresh, vibrant sparkling wines. While our red varieties still need more time on the vine, we’re expecting more Chardonnay and other white varietals to follow in the coming days and weeks. To all our teams working tirelessly across the vineyards and wineries, we wish you a safe, smooth and successful vintage season.

We’re excited to share that our teams took home two awards at the recent WISA - Wine Industry Suppliers Association Inc Wine Industry Impact Awards, highlighting our commitment to innovation and sustainability in Australia’s grape and wine industry. 🌱 Sustainability Award: our team’s waste reduction efforts were recognised for cutting emissions, reducing landfill and finding innovative ways to repurpose materials. These initiatives have been saving costs, supporting recycling industries and driving positive change across the business and beyond. 🍾 Packaging & Design Award: our lightweight Riesling bottle, developed in collaboration with Visy, was recognised for its innovative design - reducing weight by 108 grams and height by 11mm. This design not only lowers our environmental impact but also reduces costs and opens new opportunities for the industry.
