    The Queenstown Heritage & Arts Festival is a biennial three-day festival that aims to be the most significant contemporary cultural programme in regional Tasmania. It presents confident, high-end cultural experiences that are accessible, engaging, and fundamentally tied to a sense of place.

    The Queenstown Heritage & Arts Festival is a biennial three-day festival that aims to be the most significant contemporary cultural programme in regional Tasmania. It presents confident, high-end cultural experiences that are accessible, engaging, and fundamentally tied to a sense of place.

    As coordinator of the Creating Queenstown events as part of the 2014 festival, I organised and facilitated a series of events that allowed the local people of Queenstown to work through and express their views and ideas about their community’s future.

    Arts and Culture

    The Queenstown Crows plays in the Darwin Football Association on the North West Coast of Tasmania. As the only team from Queenstown, all home games are played on the heritage-listed gravel oval, with the club fielding both a reserves and seniors team in the competition.

    My role within the committee, on top of helping with all strategic decisions, is to champion the marketing and sponsorship opportunities for the club.
