    AWM assisted Commercial Property Group and Graphite Projects in providing a edgy and technologically advanced office space for Unibet’s new location in Sydney. AWM manufactured and installed sit-to-stand workstations that were paired with our modern frameless Orio screens, supplied a media hub, boardroom, meeting and breakout tables, as well as seating for the breakout areas.

    The five storey Brookvale Community Health Centre is the new major hub for community health services on the Northern Beaches located in Brookvale.     The beautiful Servcorp office fit-out in Barangaroo continues the classic Servcorp design by using timber and leather as the feature materials. The monorail and slide-on screens provide privacy and acoustic benefits for the workstations, and the custom-made banquet benches create the perfect place for discussions at the breakout area. The workstation frames have also been powder-coated to suit the office colour scheme.

    The brief by designers, The Bold Collective, was to create a fit-out that reflected the Pernod Ricard brand’s premium nature by using refined details and sophisticated finishes.

    This innovative fit out displays a large variety of AWM products including customised workstations and desks, joinery, Alpha workstation systems with timber legs, Alpha Huddle Meeting Tables, Arras monitor arms and T50 chairs.

    The high-end 12 Creek Street Dexus Display Suites fit-out was designed by our client National Projects. A beautiful outcome was achieved through the clever use of timber in table legs and surfaces.

    The fit-out displayed various AWM products, including our Delta A legs for F5 and Monorail workstations, Orio screens, Stella chairs, and Okidoki tables.

    With design and construction by the talented National Projects team and designer Julia Moreira, the creative vision was 'Home Sweet Office'. The project shows great attention to detail and creative thinking. The design featured a range of AWM products, including our Alpha timber legs for workstations, Monorail systems, Orio divider screens, Stella chairs, Delta A meeting table and Delta timber legs.

    The fit-out of global quantitative trading firm, SIG's Sydney office space was completed over 16 weeks in cooperation with FDC, Facilitate Corporation and design firm, Gensler. The 2,500sqm office space includes meeting rooms, height adjustable workstations, an onsite gym, a games room and a breakout kitchen. The work environment includes AWM’s monorail custom-made trading workstations with systema monitor arms, orio screens, and cable management solutions.

Their brief was to create a space for collaboration, creativity and wellness. The designs by IA Design sought to maximise the sweeping views and encourage collaboration, and featured a range of AWM products.

    Known for their edgy approach, media agency Bohemia needed an office space to inspire creativity and reflect the essence of their brand. Based on beautiful designs by The World is Round, AWM manufactured the monorail desk system with alpha timber legs and black steel powder coating, using focus monitor arms and CPU holders to fit seamlessly with the industrial aesthetic of this inner city office.

    This contemporary fitout for technology company Uber, is a two level, open plan office space in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. The space encourages collaboration including an open floor plan and hot desk setup, with a variety of break out spaces, focus rooms, meeting rooms and a training room.

    We worked closely with Built and Siren Design, to deliver sit to stand desks, workstations storage and training chairs.

    Featured in ExecutiveStyle’s ‘Seven of the most stylish new office spaces in Australia’, the blurring of the lines between lifestyle and hospitality ingredients with office environments was the ethos driving Siren Design's blueprint for Maximus, a sales and leadership programmes company headquartered in Jones Bay Wharf, Sydney.

    We worked closely with Impression Projects and Siren Design to delivery this high end, beautiful office space.

    The Brief:
    AWM's brief was to deliver a high end executive level fit out that would complement the exquisite surroundings.
    Features:
    The Monorail workstations were used to provide a clean aesthetic to the open plan workspace. AWM also provided customised storage that included white tambours with charcoal doors along with soft seating, executive seating, joinery, executive offices, and boardroom and meeting tables.

    The brief was to produce an open plan workstation solution in various configurations to complement the PPB Advisory modern offices with contemporary finishes and details whilst maintaining a minimal feel that encompassed the flow around the atrium. Among our favourite features, is the Monument powder coat on the 1,800 fixed height and sit-to-stand Alto Workstations. The charcoal grey looked great in our factory and really transformed this workplace to something special.

    One of our major projects to date is the truly beautiful UTS Central building – designed by FJMT in association with Lacoste+Stevenson & DJRD.

    We are proud have worked alongside builders Richard Crookes Constructions and to have manufactured and delivered workstations for the 12 of the 17 floors.

    Every level of this building is a unique shape due to the sweeping curves of the architecture which poses a unique challenge from a fit-out perspective.

    Our tables are custom made…

    Our tables are custom made to fit perfectly around each column, whilst following the curves of the building.

    AWM have successfully manufactured and installed over 700 workstations, perimeter tables and all metal storage.

AWM were briefed on creating custom-made strand board and melamine meeting booths with two-tone upholstery. Specially designed Monorail with scalloped desks to accommodate exposed columns. Custom-made joinery in Crea-tec gloss finish in black and white. Open-plan executive desks with matching perforated metal modesty panel with free-standing lower return and two-tone curved mobile pedestals, all resulting in unique design and manufacture elements complementing the White Agency.

    Therefore the new GECA certified Monorail system with it's clean, sleek minamilist lines in a neutral colour scheme was an obvious choice.

    The Monorail workstations needed to create the least amount of visual impact on the area ensuring no visual clutter. To ensure maximum natural light was allowed into the site and that the Monorail's users had an uninhibited view of the work area. The workstations needed to assimilate and not detract attention from the design and building elements.
