Macquarie Capital is pleased to have advised Telstra on entering into a strategic partnership with Infosys through Telstra’s divestment of a 75% stake in Versent Group. Big milestone at Akaysha Energy! We have successfully secured a A$300 million corporate debt facility backed by a syndicate of global and domestic banks – BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, ING, SMBC Group and Westpac. This gives us the scale and flexibility to keep building out our pipeline, not just here in Australia, but also across the US, Japan and Germany. As Andrew Wegman, our Chief Financial & Investment Officer, put it: “This is a landmark facility for Akaysha and for the Australian renewables sector.
