Tanda’s software is built by our team in Brisbane. Off the shelf, it automates more complex modern award pay rules than any other product. It also works at scale. There are many 10,000+ staff count businesses on Tanda. Our support team is based in Brisbane. We don’t sub-licence our payroll product, all of our products were built by our team in-house. That means there’s less moving parts, it all works well together, and we can support all of our core product code ourselves without being beholden to third parties. But the main reason Tanda is able to vend software this cheap is we don’t spend any money on bus advertisements or suing people. We just put that money back into making and supporting software.

"It's always about the people" was a notable quote at the launch of our recent AI Trust Report. Our CEO Jason Paris explained that AI is game changing technology, but it requires people to work together, bring the best innovation in the world back to New Zealand, and put it to use to make us even more productive. At One NZ we're using AI and machine learning across the business to help optimise our network, better serve customers, and help our people be more productive in their day-to-day roles. Thanks also to New Zealand Media & Entertainment (NZME) for hosting a great event, and Hamish Miles and Andrew Holmes for joining the panel, expertly moderated by Heather du Plessis-Allan.
