There are many 10,000+ staff count businesses on Tanda. Our support team is based in Brisbane. We don’t sub-licence our payroll product, all of our products were built by our team in-house. That means there’s less moving parts, it all works well together, and we can support all of our core product code ourselves without being beholden to third parties. But the main reason Tanda is able to vend software this cheap is we don’t spend any money on bus advertisements or suing people. We just put that money back into making and supporting software.

At the AFR Business Summit earlier this year, I spoke about the value of starting small with AI, building momentum and delivering impact with measurable outcomes.
