Whether at work or in our personal lives, unexpected events can trigger stress and anxiety. So, how can we navigate this?
    Luckily we are all equipped with breath but did you know that there is a direct connection between the state of your mind and the rhytm of your breath?
    I teach breath work and meditation techniques through The Art of Living. The Art of Living is a humanitarian and educational institution offering more than 65 innovative personal leadership programs in 187 countries. More than 500 million people have attended courses and the techniques are well researched and documented to reduce stress, negative emotions and uplift well being.

B&O explored competencies and technologies from partners in their eco-system (open innovation) to develop future product innovations and launch these in their own distribution channels. My role was to cover the available circumstances for B&O to obtain a value-adding position in the competitive market through collaborative partnerships with Fortune 500 Companies and suppliers with idiosyncratic skills. Building on interviews and research I developed a strategy.
