大陆自媒体上经常看到推荐用阿莫罗芬（amorolfine）治疗灰指甲，但北美不批准使用阿莫罗芬（amorolfine）,

是什么原因？有什么潜在问题吗？

估计也不能在大陆购买后带入北美吧？
