50来岁女性，经常尿路感染怎么办？

绝经已经好几年了，做爱以后容易尿路感染。做之前和之后双方都洗澡，还是会发生。尤其如果连续两天做的话，感染的概率更高。

因为阴道干涩，有用润滑剂。另外，近几年都在吃优甲乐（Levothyroxine）和Rosuvastatin，以控制甲状腺激素和血脂水平。

网上说吃Cranberry保健品，但是效果不明显，还是感染。

最近医生开过阴道用的雌性激素，查资料说雌性激素会增加乳腺癌的风险，还没开始用。
