English version below ---------------------- Een nieuwe mijlpaal voor Kolmont Met trots leverden we vorige week Montgomery Parc op in Brussel – het groenste kantoorproject van België. Dit gebouw schrijft geschiedenis als het eerste in België dat de hoogste duurzaamheidsscores behaalt op BREEAM (Outstanding), WELL (Platinum) én DGNB (Platinum). Een uitzonderlijke erkenning voor een visie die vanaf dag één gericht was op maximaal hergebruik van materialen en een duurzame toekomst. Dankzij het lange termijn vruchtgebruik met de Europese Commissie krijgt Montgomery Parc niet alleen een sterke verankering, maar ook een internationale uitstraling. Onze dank gaat uit naar de Europese Commissie en Cordeel Group voor de sterke samenwerking en het realiseren van dit project binnen de vooropgestelde timing. Speciale dank gaat uit naar B2Ai architects, SuReal, SECO Belgium en MDP Michel Devigne Paysagiste. En bovenal naar alle Kolmont-medewerkers die dit project mogelijk hebben gemaakt – in het bijzonder Hans Coomans en Vincent Swerts voor hun cruciale rol in dit succes. Als Kolmont zijn we bijzonder trots dat we dit project mogen opleveren en onder onze naam kunnen zetten. This building makes history as the first in Belgium to achieve the highest sustainability ratings: BREEAM (Outstanding), WELL (Platinum) and DGNB (Platinum). This is exceptional recognition for a vision that, from day one, focused on maximum reuse of materials and a sustainable future. Thanks to the long-term usufruct agreement with the European Commission, Montgomery Parc not only has a strong foothold, but also an international profile. Our thanks goes to the European Commission and Cordeel Group for their excellent collaboration during the process and for delivering this project within the agreed timeline. After more than seven years of work, De Kazerne in Ghent has been fully completed. With the opening of the JAM hotel last weekend, the final part of the project was officially put into use. The project combines living, working and leisure: the Province has moved into the new provincial government building, almost all 82 flats and 10 houses have found owners, and a neighbourhood park and childcare centre have been built. And now Hotel JAM has also opened in one of the historic buildings, with a restaurant and rooftop bar. A vibrant addition to the neighbourhood! Vandaag vult geroezemoes de gangen en begint voor honderden leerlingen een nieuwe ontdekkingstocht. 📚✨ Voor de leerlingen van de Egied Van Broeckhovenschool is deze eerste schooldag extra bijzonder: hun school combineert erfgoed en innovatie in een duurzame leeromgeving, gerealiseerd in een voormalig industrieel pand. Dankzij circulaire bouwtechnieken, doordachte akoestiek en slimme energie-oplossingen is het gebouw vandaag méér dan een school: het is een plek die motiveert, verbindt en uitnodigt tot groeien.
