Tasting the Future – Shaping the Future of Bakery Together On September 24–25, 2025, the Puratos Industry Forum (PIFO) brought together top decision-makers from the DACH baked goods industry in Düsseldorf under the theme “Tasting the Future.” Over two inspiring days, the event showcased how innovation, sustainability, and collaboration can shape the future of bakery. From visionary keynotes on AI, transparency, and consumer behavior to interactive “Marketplaces of the Future,” the forum delivered valuable impulses and inspiring best practices.
