- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, engaging R&D, Product Development, Customer Teams, and External Partners to translate innovation into practical solutions.
- Champion customer-centric innovation, by exploring future needs and co-developing advanced lithography concepts (EUV, High-NA, etc.) with key customers and industry leaders.
- Monitor emerging semiconductor trends, including DUV/EUV advancements, lithographic precision, and cost-performance shifts, guiding investments and focus areas.
- Organize innovation forums, such as workshops, ideation sessions, and internal “Innovation Days,” fostering creativity and knowledge-sharing across ASML.
