    Set up of creativity sessions around creativity once a month in Diegem.
    Search for speakers and subjects, internal organization (invitations, room booking, catering) and search of sponsors.
    Also responsible for the communication around topics, the promotion of time/place and the online video disposal on the Sanoma Media Belgium youtube channel

    Except the Sanoma website, no online presence was existing before I joined except on twitter.
    I pushed a lot to get more visibility and to create an social corporate image.
    This resulted in some projects and launchings: Sanoma Media Belgium youtube channel (to share internal videos with colleagues and group videos with the world), Sanoma Media Belgium Facebook page that focuses on recrutment, increased use of Linked in...
    I was always glad to help leading teams to achieve this.

    Set up of an internal online newsletter including magazines, HR, team presentations, quizz, international group, society news every two weeks in NL and FR.
    Responsible for the content: interviews, redaction, consultance for the form and writing, technical implementation (intranet accessibility, email flow, statistics).
    Great effort to make it the standard internal way of communication.
    Ongoing: accessibility of the intranet on mobile devices

    In 2013, the project will go on but with a new concept.

    Organisation of the corporate summer happening for all employees from our 3 sites in Belgium.

    The event gathered 500 colleagues. Animation, catering, danse party.
