The energy was high last week during Catersource The Special Event in Fort Lauderdale, FL. From all over the globe, event and catering professionals gathered to learn, connect, and get inspired. The week kicked off with the Art of Catering Food which served up culinary inspiration.

Next, attendees to Art of Catering Food and Catersource + The Special Event came together at the tropical Bonnet House Museum and Gardens before the main event. Impactful education sessions, an animated tradeshow floor with exciting displays and the ever-beloved Diced and Tablescape competitions, and some dazzling keynote sessions (thanks to Will Guidara and Brett Culp!) created a week full of connection and community, as well as inspiration, tips, tricks, and trends.

Catersource + The Special Event 2025 may have just wrapped an amazing week in Fort Lauderdale, but we’re already thinking ahead! The team is deep is already into planning for a week of stellar learning, networking, and opportunity next March 2-5, 2026 in Los Angeles. Additionally, Art of Catering Food (taking place March 1-2, 2026) will once again bring fresh ideas, expert techniques, and real-world strategies to help chefs and caterers create unforgettable dining experiences. 

The 2026 Call for Speakers will be open shortly, so keep an eye on our website for all the information on how to pitch a session topic.
