Jacksonville, Fla. (Sept. 23, 2025) – Butler 95 Logistics Center at Cypress Plaza, an 11.3-acre development containing a 183,000-square-foot light industrial building, has won an Eagle Award in the 2025 Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Florida First Coast Excellence in Construction Awards. These awards honor high-quality and innovative construction projects throughout the nation.
Located in the heart of the Butler corridor near I-95 and Butler Boulevard, this development serves as a gateway to the Jacksonville Beach community. This new Class-A, dock-high, rear-load facility has distinguished itself in the Butler submarket, where new development has been limited in recent years. As a result, following delivery of the project, the logistics center is now fully occupied.
“We saw the Butler corridor as a compelling opportunity because of its land constraints, low vacancy, and great connection to roadways,” said Deal Principal Moses Salicido. “We’re proud that our inaugural development in the Jacksonville market has earned this recognition.”
The Eagle Award is the top prize, honoring industrial deals ranging from $10M-$25M. Every year, only one Eagle Award is given out in each category. Projects are judged on complexity, challenges that were overcome, schedule / completion time, safety, and innovation.
