Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum 3 years civil litigation experience to join the Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Practice Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn the most exciting, fast-paced litigation area of employment law. Among other things, the practice group helps clients protect against threatened disclosure of confidential information and trade secrets by obtaining temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions, and permanent injunctions. The successful candidate must desire to assume significant responsibility including interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and going to the courthouse to obtain temporary restraining orders and temporary injunctions. Must have excellent writing skills and be willing to work when a client has a problem. Must be licensed to immediately practice law in New York.
Pursuant to New York regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $260,000 contingent on relevant experience and education and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. To the extent this job is performed in New York City, the salary range for this position is $240,000 to $330,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
