maven启动错误

Failure to find com.hrs:hrs-ws:pom:1.0.0 in http://com/nexus/content/groups/public was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced 

原因：

基本都是私服nexus的问题，如果大版本相同，本地仓库不会去nexus上把最新的包给下载下来，导致本地仓库的包是老的包。（理论上应该会把最新的包下载下来，应该是nexus得问题，具体原因有空研究下）

方法1. 进入对应仓库目录删除pom.lastUpdated文件

方法2. 干脆把本地仓库中对应目录下包全部删除，让其重新下载
