Spring Cloud Config为分布式系统的外部配置提供支持，Config Server可集中管理各环境应用的外部属性。其具有基于HTTP的资源API、加密解密属性值等特性，Config Client能绑定Config Server并初始化Spring，还可加密解密属性值。
Spring Cloud Config provides server and client-side support for externalized configuration in a distributed system. With the Config Server you have a central place to manage external properties for applications across all environments.
Spring Cloud Config Server features:

Encrypt and decrypt property values (symmetric or asymmetric)

Embeddable easily in a Spring Boot application using
@EnableConfigServer
