centos8默认不安装g++的解决方法

今天使用VSCode编写C++文件，发现始终找不到vector头文件，即使配置好了头文件搜索路径也无济于事。

网上一查，原来是CentOS 8 / RHEL 8 默认没有G++的编译器，只安装了GCC编译器。

查看是否安装G++，显示未安装。
