For VS 2017, please run the VS setup.exe, select continue->Modify>Individual components->Emulators tag->Visual Studio Emulator for Android,check it and update:

Please make sure your machine meets the following system requirements

Hyper-V support

6 GB or more of RAM.

64-bit version of the Pro edition of Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows10 or higher

A processor that supports SSSE3 or later.
