摘 要

财务部门作为企业经营管理的核心部门，其会计电算化的应用也是决定着一个企业信息系统实施成败的关键。财务管理主要包括原始凭证、记账凭证、日记账、明细账、总账以及报表等.在以前的财务管理中，一个企业每个会计期间的会计档案都要按一定的要求排列，连同各种附件定期加具封面，装订成册，耗费了大量的时间和空间，查找十分不便，又易于毁坏。电算化会计是以计算机为工具，运用会计所特有的方法，对企业的经营活动情况进行反映和监督，所以它既是提供以财务信息为主的信息系统，同时又是参与管理的一种管理活动。企业内部账目管理系统就是以计算机为工具开发的财务管理系统，它作为企业管理的组成部分，与经济价值或财富的保值增值有关，是关于创造财富的决策，企业生存、发展、获利的总目标离不开财务的筹资、投资以及对资金的运用管理。

本文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的任务和开发的过程。完成企业内部帐目财务管理系统，包括科目设置、帐户设置、把凭证录入电脑、将凭证过帐以及对帐簿进行查询等功能。

The enterprise interior account item management system managementsystem is by the computer the financial control system which developsfor the tool, it took the business management the constituent,guarantees the value increment with the economic value or the wealthrelated, is about the creation wealth decision-making, the total goalwhich the enterprise survival, the development, makes a profit cannotleave the finance to finance, the investment as well as to the fundutilization management.
