More and more exchanges occurred between china and the outside world with the tendency of global economic integration. those commercial exchanges involve in many fields such as foreign trade, technique acquisition, biding for investments, business negotiation, business contract, International Payments and Settlements and foreign-related insurance, etc, the english used in which fields is called Business English. As a main language in the foreign-related economic activities, the importance of Business English becomes outstanding day by day. many specialized vocabularies come in a throng as the development of commercial activities. Since the translation of Business English serve as a bridge in these activities, the translation quality receives much concern. As a branch of English , Business English has no essential difference from the common English, but it has some commerical features. Business English relates to many boundary knowledge of Marketing, economics, Finance, accountancy and Principles of Management, etc. So it is necessary to study the characteristics and translation of Business English in order to make it be properly used in every field.
