sklearn升级遇到的问题

Cannot uninstall ‘scikit-learn’. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
解决方法：
1.先用conda卸载旧版本的sklearn，一定用conda，不能用pip；

conda remove scikit-learn

2.再利用pip安装想要的版本(默认是最新的版本)，如：

pip install scikit-learn==0.19.2

注：如果嫌下载速度慢，可以使用国内的镜像源

pip install scikit-learn==0.19.2 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
