摘要

家政服务是指将部分家庭事务社会化、职业化、市场化，属于民生范畴。由社会专业机构、社区机构、非盈利组织、家政服务公司和专业家政服务人员来承担，帮助家庭与社会互动，构建家庭规范，提高家庭生活质量，以此促进整个社会的发展。

本论文系统地描绘了整个家政服务管理系统的设计与实现，主要实现的功能有以下几点：管理员；首页、个人中心、客户管理、前台管理、服务人员管理、财务人员管理、服务项目管理、签订合同管理、服务变更管理、客户投诉管理、投诉处理管理、客户回访管理、合同收支管理、非合同收支管理、收支整合管理、日结工资管理、月结工资管理，客户；首页、个人中心、服务项目管理、服务变更管理、客户投诉管理、投诉处理管理、客户回访管理，前台；首页、个人中心、客户管理、签订合同管理、服务变更管理、日结工资管理、月结工资管理，服务人员；首页、个人中心、服务变更管理、客户投诉管理、投诉处理管理、客户回访管理、日结工资管理、月结工资管理，财务人员；首页、个人中心、合同收支管理、非合同收支管理、收支整合管理、日结工资管理、月结工资管理等功能，其具有简单的接口，方便的应用，强大的互动，完全基于互联网的特点。

现代社会的网络和信息技术不断提高，人们的生活水平达到一个新的层次。但由于客户的工作和生活越来越忙，开发出一个家政服务管理系统是必然的，简化家政服务过程的程序，正是我们所需要的。这篇文章研究了基于ssm的家政服务管理系统的开发和实现，从需求分析、总体设计到具体实现，最终完成了整个在线家政服务管理系统，从而方便了客户和提高了管理员人员的管理水平。
