✨ Yesterday, we brought together ISC UK members for an inspiring and practical session — ‘Define Your Why, Build Your Brand: Thriving in the Digital Age’ — exploring how women across the insurance sector can strengthen their personal brands, whether stepping into new roles, navigating career transitions, or leading global teams. A huge thank you to Natalie Gillespie from The Fidelis Partnership, and to the brilliant Claire Mason and Lauren Street from Man Bites Dog for hosting such an engaging conversation filled with actionable insights on building visibility, influence, and confidence. 💡 Key takeaways included: • Women’s voices matter — don’t shy away from being visible. Share your wins, speak at events, and use your platforms to be heard. • Position yourself as a thought leader in topics that excite you — marketing and comms teams are always looking for fresh perspectives. • Make career development part of your role, not an afterthought. • Face the fear of visibility — ask for training, practice, and embrace progress over perfection. • Pay it forward — recommend others, amplify each other’s voices, and champion collective progress. • Above all, be authentic — define your pillars, engage consistently, and add your unique perspective to your organisation’s story. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a meaningful discussion about what it means to thrive and lead with authenticity in the digital age. #ISCGroup #InsuranceCareers #WomenInInsurance #PersonalBrand #Leadership #ProfessionalGrowth

  • Every year, volunteers from The Fidelis Partnership's Bermuda team act as mentors to mentees taking part in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bermuda's mentorship programme. The programme aims to empower children and young people facing adversity to improve their self-esteem and realise their potential through one-to-one mentoring friendships. As one of The Fidelis Foundation’s proud charity partners, we were pleased to welcome new and existing BBBS mentees back to our Bermuda offices to connect with their mentors. Thank you to our TFP colleagues for their commitment to making a positive impact on young people's personal development and life outcomes.

  • A key milestone for one of our MGAs. Congratulations to the Seraphina Specialty Limited team on an impressive first year.   It’s great to see how far Seraphina has come in just twelve months, combining underwriting expertise with a strong sense of purpose and impact. We’re proud to have supported their journey from day one and look forward to seeing what the next year brings.   #TheFidelisPartnership #SeraphinaSpecialty #Insurance

Seraphina’s First Year And what a year! An exciting, challenging, and refreshingly unpredictable one, but most certainly a year that exceeded every expectation, especially our own. When we launched Seraphina Specialty Limited in October 2024, we set out to do underwriting our way – fast-moving, collaborative  and driven by purpose. Our goal has been more than writing risks – it’s about building something that makes a difference, for our clients, our partners, and the world around us. Twelve months later, we look back with gratitude. We’ve grown — far beyond what we first imagined — but growth only matters because of the people behind it. With the incredible support of our brokers, we’ve written business across 46 countries, working alongside exceptional capacity partners — The Fidelis Partnership, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) with Agile: better underwriting. From day one, we’ve been backed by Pine Walk Capital Limited, part of The Fidelis Partnership group — the driving force that believed in our vision when it was little more than a spreadsheet and an idea. After a year, it feels right to pause for something there’s rarely time for in our daily work, simply to say thank you. To our partners, our supporters, and our small but mighty team whose energy and heart have made this journey possible. More importantly, we’re proud that our success has also made a real difference beyond business. Through our charity initiative we’ve donated £17,944 in our first year to these amazing causes: Ashinaga UK, Cosmic, MS Society, Finchley Foodbank, SUDC UK, Epilepsy Society and Whitechapel Mission. A true win-win-win: for our clients, our partners and causes that matter. As we head into year two, we’re excited to share a little more here on LinkedIn, about the people, the stories, the challenges, and the ideas that make Seraphina what it is. Thank you again for being part of our first year.
