The research aimed to identify management practices that contribute to an organizational culture capable to generate efficient entrepreneurial actions. The utilized method was a case study, in a company of the information technology sector and internet services, admittedly innovative, with operations in Brazil, in the paper referred as "Company G". The research question answered was: According to the Company G employees point of view, which management practices contribute to an organizational culture capable to generate internal enterprises, providing the desired results for the company, in terms of creation and release of new products, creation and/or accession of new processes, creation and/or accession of new business models, or also, the entry into new business? The data collection was structured by primary and secondary documentary analysis sources; semi-structured interviews; and direct and participant observations. The found management practices were classified into ten categories (features), they are: rewards, incentives and recognition systems; tolerance to risks, errors and/or failures; sponsorship/support of higher hierarchical levels; performance in cross-functional teams; resources availability (time and money); freedom and autonomy; organizational structure with poor "territorialism"; sharing of information and organizational goals; focus in the future; and propensity to change. The survey results show that certain management practices have the capability to contribute to an organizational culture capable to generate internal enterprises, providing the desired results for the company in terms of innovation.

Assuming as a conceptual premise that intrapreneurship activity is beneficial to ensure and extend the result of organizations. This project aimed to study the intrapreneur profile, as well as, test the level of understanding of the companies about the subject.
Therefore, was elaborated a referential of preliminary analysis from the bibliographic review on the subject, whose authors allude to the ability of employees to act as if they were the owners of the business. This project aimed to study the intrapreneur profile, as well as, test the level of understanding of the companies about the subject.
Therefore, was elaborated a referential of preliminary analysis from the bibliographic review on the subject, whose authors allude to the ability of employees to act as if they were the owners of the business. Thus, sufficient material was achieved to produce the necessary foundation for the study, which focused on exposing important issues that emphasize the characteristics of the corporate entrepreneur, beyond, as mentioned before, test the level of understanding of the organizations about the subject.
This theoretical basement guided the structure of quantitative research, consisting of a series of alternatives related to the intrapreneur profile, which was applied to a sample of 43 human resources professionals and entrepreneurs, in its entirety acting in the big Sao Paulo.
The test results suggested a considerable lack of knowledge of the companies in relation to the intrapreneurship.Outros criadores
