Our high-performing cream range is designed to meet diverse customer needs. Anchor Food Professionals™ Whipping Cream, celebrated for its exceptional versatility and stability, is featured in over 400 million drinks and 260 million cakes every year.
Cream cheese is a key category in our Foodservice business. We can customise its firmness and consistency for bakery and beverage applications, delivering excellent results for customers.
Our fit-for-purpose cheese range is trusted by global restaurants and bakeries. Anchor Food Professionals™ Individually Quick Mozzarella offers great stretch, texture, and taste, making it a go-to choice for pizza chains worldwide. We produce enough cheese products for about 3 billion burgers and 300 million pizzas annually.
Our versatile butter range is designed for various applications. Our Anchor Food Professionals™ Butter Sheets are designed for bakery customers, creating light and flaky pastries. 					We supply our products to over 50 countries worldwide. Our key markets include Greater China and Southeast Asia. Utilising what we've learnt in these markets, we are accelerating growth in other markets such as Mexico, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
 
Greater China is Fonterra's largest Foodservice market, with our products reaching 500 cities across the country. Fonterra has six application centres in China, based in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Wuhan, where our chefs work with customers to develop ideas and recipes, catering to local market trends and preferences.  
Southeast Asia is an emerging group of markets for our Foodservice business. We supply to over 50,000 food operators across Southeast Asia, with our customers ranging from bakeries, restaurants to small local street food stalls.
Innovation plays a key role in driving growth for our Foodservice business. Leveraging Fonterra Research and Development Centre's dairy expertise, we continue to build our product innovation pipeline to meet evolving customer needs. We have a network of in-market application centres, where our chefs and technical experts work closely with customers to identify product and collaboration opportunities to create solutions and applications tailored to local tastes and trends.
We're investing in our manufacturing capacity, including building a new UHT cream plant at our Edendale site. This investment will enable us to increase production capacity for high-value products, meeting growing demand and delivering further value for our farmer shareholders.
