Agentis Capital Advisors is pleased to have served as sell-side advisor to OYA Renewables Development LLC and seven affiliates (the “Debtors”) with respect to the Chapter 11 filings of the Debtors in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”).   GF Kestrel Solar Borrower Series I LLC, UGE Capital LLC and GDEV OYA Lender I LLC (an affiliate of Greenbacker Development Opportunities Fund) were announced as successful buyers of certain of the Debtors assets, which comprised a large portfolio of operating, late, mid and early-stage development community solar and utility scale solar projects. Also included in the transaction, is a portfolio of development stage projects and equipment sold to the stalking horse bidder, Radial Power LLC.   The Court has issued orders approving the sales of the transferred assets to each of the buyers. Financial close for certain of the asset sales has been achieved or is expected in the coming month.
