  • L’intelligence artificielle ouvre des portes. On a montré à nos client·e·s comment les franchir. Cette semaine, on a réuni nos client·e·s pour GO IA, un après-midi autour d’un sujet qui redéfinit nos industries : l’IA comme levier créatif, stratégique et humain. Animé par Karine Courtemanche, l’événement a réuni notre conférencier invité, Stéphane Ricoul, et les experts de Cossette et Cossette Media, Paul G., Guillaume Duhamel, Louis-Philippe Mathieu, Louis-Philippe Tremblay et Richard Rochette-Villeneuve. Ensemble, ils ont exploré des pistes concrètes d’innovation, avec une conviction commune : l’avenir se construit en donnant une direction à la technologie, pas en la suivant. Chez Cossette, on voit l’IA comme un accélérateur de créativité, de performance et d’impact, toujours au service du talent humain. Une IA qui amplifie l’ingéniosité, sans jamais remplacer l’intention ni la sensibilité. GO IA, c’était un moment pour inspirer et accompagner nos client·e·s dans une utilisation stratégique et responsable de l’IA. Parce que la vraie valeur de l’intelligence, artificielle ou non, demeure profondément humaine. Un grand merci à nos invité·e·s, à nos expert·e·s et à toutes nos équipes pour cette journée inspirante. - This week, we brought our clients together for GO IA, an afternoon dedicated to a topic that’s redefining our industries: AI as a creative, strategic, and human catalyst. Hosted by Karine Courtemanche, the event featured guest speaker Stéphane Ricoul, alongside Cossette and Cossette Media experts Paul Guité, Guillaume Duhamel, Louis-Philippe Mathieu, Louis-Philippe Tremblay, and Richard Rochette Villeneuve. Together, they explored tangible ways to innovate, united by one belief: the future is built by guiding technology—not by following it. At Cossette, we see AI as an accelerator of creativity, performance, and impact, always in service of human talent. AI that amplifies ingenuity without ever replacing intention or sensitivity. GO IA was an opportunity to inspire and support our clients in using AI strategically and responsibly — because the true value of intelligence, artificial or otherwise, remains deeply human.   • Les Doigts de dame, c’est un classique culte. Alors oui, on était franchement excité·e·s quand Vachon nous a annoncé leur retour au Québec et leur tout premier lancement dans le reste du Canada. On a donc eu le plaisir de créer une campagne pleine de personnalité : une bande de doigts costumés qui jouent les vedettes, le tout dans de courtes vidéos au ton décalé qui nous replongent dans les années 2000. ✌️ Pour en savoir plus : https://lnkd.in/eETbprRF - Vachon’s Lady Fingers are a beloved classic in Quebec. So obviously, we were pretty thrilled when we heard the brand was bringing them back – and sharing them with the rest of Canada for the very first time.     Last Thursday, an inspirational group of designers from Cossette and I attended the opening night of Swash & Serif. If you saw my earlier post, you'll know this is one of my favourite gallery shows of the year, put on by the incredible Margot Trudell at the Toronto Design Directory. Our industry is full to the brim with commercial art. We create highly effective, strategic, hard hitting content every single day -- and obsess about it. We're great at it actually. Designers are a passionate(!) subset of creatives who cannot help but sweat every single detail. We talk about it at lunch. We send late night chats we hope no one else is still online to see. We ask to pass the file. We share references and inspiration if we can't personally work on the project. We offer counsel in a safe place. We care and care and care and collaboratively build without ego or a trophy at the end of our timeline. We all want to leave our mark and positively impact our client's business and support our team to do great work. A show like this is meaningful in a completely different way. This is an exhibition of passionate craftspeople. Craftspeople who are the reason all of our professional deliverables look like a million (trillion?) bucks, perusing a passion project. Its proof we are still infatuated and deeply connected with the creative part of our brains, and have the drive to do it for ourselves. For our community of creatives. For a message that's important, or for the personal satisfaction of pouring ones heart into the work and physically posting it up on display. There is rich, tactile, multimedia art here that you just do not get to create with during your 9-5 at school or at work. Stoked it's all PACKED in one place @ The Northern Contemporary on Roncesvalles. And I haven't even touched on how valuable it is for us all to be in one place to celebrate this debut, connect, meet new people and have inspiring conversations with people who are chasing the same pursuit. We can all find inspiration in the art, the craft, the many mediums, the many languages and the creative drive of designers who walk the razor thin line between art and design. You're all artists at this show my friends!! Thank you for the best Swash & Serif yet. Can't wait to see what TDD does next, and shamelessly I hope you bring back the type battles. I'll be in the very front row.
