  • If you are involved in outsourcing, you’ll appreciate the tips in this short article. One tip in particular caught our attention: “If the services do not live up to your expectations, don’t be in a hurry to terminate the contract. Very often, the problem lies on both ends.   • Onboarding senior executives has a slightly different flavour to onboarding junior staff. One tip from this article: Help newly hired executives identify key stakeholders and forge relationships. There is a natural but dangerous tendency for new leaders to focus on building vertical relationships early in their transitions – up to their bosses and down to their teams.   • We’re driven by our history.    On June 1st, 1951, Drake International was founded in Winnipeg as a processing centre for outsourced work. Just a year later, we began supplying temporary workers to clients, marking the start of our journey as a leading recruitment solutions provider.     By 1957, our footprint expanded, with new offices in Toronto, Montreal, and our first international branch in Cleveland, Ohio.    Stay tuned for more as we prepare to launch the next chapter.
